Cancellation Policy

View Crest Lodge employs a 7-day (one-week) cancellation policy. If your travel plans change and you must alter or cancel your reservation, please call us in advance of this time frame for a full refund. In the unlikely event that you must cancel or alter your reservation (including early check-out) within the applicable cancellation period, please understand that you are responsible for the total cost of one-night’s stay at your quoted room rate. If you fail to arrive and do not cancel (no-show), you will be charged for the full cost of your stay at your quoted room rate.

Smoking Policy

View Crest Lodge is a non-smoking hotel. Smoking is prohibited in all rooms. Smoking is allowed on the sundecks (with room doors closed) and other outdoor spaces (not interfering with other guests). In the event that your room smells of smoke upon check-out, requiring extra measures to properly clean it, you will be charged a non-refundable fee of $150.00.

Pet Policy

View Crest Lodge is a no-pet hotel. Pets are not allowed in the hotel rooms or on the hotel property. In the event that you do bring a pet into the room, requiring extra measures to properly clean it, you will be charged a non-refundable fee of $150.00. Please contact us for pet-friendly hotel accommodations in the area.

Check-In

Check-in is anytime after 2:00 pm. If you will be arriving after 9:00 pm, please call the front desk to notify them of your late arrival.

Check-Out

Check-out is 11:00 am. Please contact the front desk for late check-outs. If possible, we will do our best to accommodate you. If your check-out interferes with the subsequent check-in of other guests, you will be charged accordingly.

Other Policies:

• There is a two-night minimum stay during May, June, July, August, and September. This policy is subject to change during other high-volume periods.

• Reservations are secured by credit card at the time they are made. You will be charged in full upon check-in.

• Rates and policies are subject to change during high-volume periods or with some special accommodations/requests.
